A Prayer. . . Celebrating Jesus, Our Joy

I find my peace in You, Jesus; I find my joy, security, and fulfillment in You, my Savior. Forgive me when I think You by my side, eternal security in You, and Your daily bread is not enough. I confess I tend to look elsewhere to find renewal of joy. While there are many joys You bless us with, none can compare to You, Jesus. You truly are more precious than silver!
In these days before Christmas, when all my circumstances do not go my way, I want to thank You for visiting the word in flesh, seeking and saving the lost, like me, and coming into my life. I rejoice that You are my Lord; I bow to You and declare I am fulfilled in You and the deeper blessings You bestow upon me and others I love.
I will worship You this Christmas more than I ever have before! I celebrate the absolutely good news of salvation, healing, and deliverance that comes from You and Your powerful Name! Hallelujah!
